I have an old Gibson GA-6; the version that has a 12ax7 for first stage and a 6sl7 for PI.  
 
I'm thinking of converting it to a circuit like a 5E3. To do so, I'd have to convert the 6sl7 to a cathodyne PI.  
 
What Vp, Rp, Rk, etc. values would you guys suggest? Have any of you used a 6sl7 as a cathodyne PI?
