Cliff	small stone question...HELP!! I have a RI Small Stone phase shifter that went on the blink for a while...after tracing the problem down to a faulty battery connection(hmmm).. and poking around inside the thing, it suddenly sprang to life.... but there's one problem, every thing seems to be working OK, except for the "rate" adjustment... any one got an idea??? The speed seems to be "full-on" and does not change AT ALL.HELP !!!
