Humbucker Covers

AndrewC	Humbucker Covers I've spent the last couple of months making some bucker covers, and it ain't easy! I've been using Ni18 material, and just about got all the problems sorted out. The main challenge has been to get a good surface finish with clearly defined round holes, and avoid as much surface pitting as possible. There is still a tiny amount of surface pitting that buffing cannot remove. Any way the following couple of pictures show the results. Contact me for further details if interested.
