Like all my friends who had one, mine broke after I stepped on the cable and pulled it out of the guitar to fall on the basement floor one too many times - thin, brittle plastic casing - you could only tape it together so many times. Lotsa big, heavy Jordan transistor guitar amps at that time too, in the Midwest USA - I can see them now.

I had a Jordan Boss Tone in 1969, I believe. My dad didn't like the sound it made too much - sounded "like a broken radio" to him.
