Bob Ingram | Re: 5f4 tone stack oscillation These oscillation problems are often solved by placing the grid resistor directly on the tube socket, and routing the leads away from any other signal carrying leads. Try the wooden spoon trick, I use a chopstick sized piece of wood. If you find a wire that changes the way the oscillation acts, reroute that section of the amp. |
