If you want to get the screen voltage lower than the plate voltage, the easiest way to do it is to make the screen resistor bigger. With mine the B+ was a bit higher than yours, but it should react similarly. If you make the screen resistor somewhere around 1M3 to 1M5 then it should bring the voltage down to under the plate voltage. This will give you more headroom the further you get the screen voltage under the plate voltage, but only to a point. 30% to 40% is about as far as you should go....if you go much farther than that, then it goes progressively towards starving the tube. The setup I used in my brother's Silvertone stays clean until around halfway and then it turns into a gain monster as you turn up from there.
