The 7199 tube comes to mind, it is a sharp cutoff pentode and medium mu triode in one envelope. It was designed for low noise and use in hifi circuits. IIRC, RCA was the only manufacturer so they are rare and relatively expensive.
The 6GH8, 6U8, and 6BL8 are all similar to the 7199 in performance, but have a different pinout than the 7199. The 6GH8, 6U8, and 6BL8 were all used in TVs in the 60s, so tens or maybe even hundreds of thousands were produced. They never were really used in audio amplifiers much, so they are relatively inexpensive.
