I'm not sure I understand your question, but if you had two p-p tubes each idling at 50mA and you wanted -25 Vdc bias, you would select a 250 ohm cathode resistor, to be shared by the two cathodes. This resistor would have a power rating of greater than .1 * .1 * 250 Watts.
