what I know is not really that complicated, so don't let it scare you. And check out Randall Aiken's article--he has some really specific stuff that is easily applicable to (most? all?) amps :
For your diagram, for example, you'd do something like start w/the B+ center tap, buss it over to the 100uF primary filter negative, bring the filament center tap (or in your case the false filament cnt. tap for the 100ohms) there, have the power tube cathodes (+ g3s) for ea. tube first go through a 1ohm R, then single wire to this point, then the next 50uF filter's ground also to here, then a buss wire out from that 50uF's ground to the next point, and so on.
