My point is this...
All it takes is a few extra puffs of capacitance here and there to start a spurious oscillation in an amplifier. Teflon wiring reduces this capacitance and therefore makes for a quieter amp. To me there is nothing more annoying in an amp than unwanted squells and whistles coming from spurious oscillations.
Also, Teflon wire is inexpensive these days so it makes sense to use it.
