looking for the ultimate pickup

attilio	looking for the ultimate pickup i` am looking for a pickup to use with a custom shop washburn ,mahogany with curly maple top through a dual rectifier.my ideal pickup would have lots of mid to cut through not sounding thin a tiny with to much treble and enough bass with balls but will not sound muddy.right now i am using a gibson 500t and i am having to turn the mids fairly high and the presence as well to achieve a sound.any ideas?
