I guess that's the same guy who puts his bald tires on the rear because the front wheels do the steering. You really can do this yourself. Get the "Don't Fret" tape from StewMac a mill smooth file, a crowning file, 400/600 sandpaper and 0000 steel wool and you are there. I'd be shocked if after getting the tape and watching it, you posted that you screwed it up.
