Clyde's had either Fasel's, Halo's, or the "Stack Of Dimes" and that the TDK's weren't used until long after the Clyde's were no longer made. I thought so too. Hmm. You might want to ask AnalogMan Mike Piera (http://www.analogman.com) or Geoffry Teese (wah-expert, linked on AnalogMan site). They should be able to tell you what to look for in a "real" clyde. I must add that I have seen a lot of different inductors in a lot of different wahs- it's not EH-type chaos, but they certainly weren't 100% consistent either I think.
