I made the mistake of getting a Script Dyna comp, only to find it was no better than my block logo. There is no major difference, other than some scripts had the military grade 3080 op amp (which RG pointed out to me as being sturdier, but having no diff in tone).
However, the reissues have crappier transistors. Of all the dynacomps I have owned, or modded/fixed for others, the originals have always sounded better, with less noise. There appears to be no difference in the circuts, but the reissues have a major PCB reworking, which makes true bypassing a HASSLE.
Don't get caught up in the Script logo fever. Any old dynacomp will do.
