Doc | Re: Hum chassing again ! Bruce: I recently refurbished a Dynaco Stereo 70 amp. I noticed that Dyna grounds the center tap of the heater windings via .02uf capacitors. This bypasses noise, but makes no direct connection to the ground bus. The amp was extremely quiet with a rebuilt power supply. Doc |
