Bruce	Re: Squeals and Barks when Poking Pin 6 I suggest you pop over to these urls from Duncanamps and check out what a 6973 pin out is and then figure out how to use a different and less expensive tube, like an EL84/6BQ5, as a replacement. It doesn't look like a 6CZ5 is a replacement for a 6973.
