As far as placing the components goes, the only thing that is hard is actually fitting the parts inside the box. Polyester film .22uf caps are huge. I think that somewhere on Aron's page he has some pictures of caps, and you can see exactly what they look like. My Fuzz Face clone has (I think) a 3.3uf input cap and it is over an inch long! Gord
