On the thinner sounding GCB, I tried changing everything(changing the parts value and type) except the inductor, and I couldn't get the sound "to happen". If the sound of your GCB is thin, and the wah effect is weak sounding, I would bet on the inductor to be the source of your sonic woes. Dai Hirokawa
