Yes, new chassis mounted pots. I reused the chassis, power and standby switches, power cord pilot light, cabinet. I ordered 'wafer type' 9 pin sockets from Antique Electronics that have a very wide base so that I could mount them into the wide holes without needing sheet metal. I mounted the new eyelet board using the threaded standoffs from the old PCB. And I used terminal strips and a 14 guage copper wire for a grounding bus bar.  
 
Actually, I was thinking, since there's many chassis holes left available, of adding some switches to select between vol. bypass cap values for each channel, or something like that.
