Don't know if you are referring to a stand alone reverb unit or an amplifier with reverb. In any case, IMHO, there are too few authentically restored pieces of vintage equipment and folks just seem too eager to clone this or that black/silver/purple faced Fender chassis while destroying an amp of historical value. Why not restore the amp/unit and see/hear if you like it's sound. If so, great - a nice reward for your effort. If not, then try to sell/trade it and acquire the amp that you really want. This way a "win/win" situation results and someone/everyone winds up with the sound that they want.
