| Mick | With the eyelet thing I always flatten mine down a bit in a vice , I use a couple of pieces of flat steel so the serrations from the vice jaws don't cause more problems , also are you glueing your magnets into the flatwork ,also some mags are .187 and some are .194 , the .187 mags can be a loose fit in some flatwork , stew mac flatwork springs to mind. | SK | Can cause loose winds/coil but also causes the bobbin to deform. |
