Sounds to me like you're doing too much scatter/going to close to the forbon/ crossing the coil too far too quickly.

With the eyelet thing I always flatten mine down a bit in a vice , I use a couple of pieces of flat steel so the serrations from the vice jaws don't cause more problems , also are you glueing your magnets into the flatwork ,also some mags are .187 and some are .194 , the .187 mags can be a loose fit in some flatwork , stew mac flatwork springs to mind.

How does that influence microphonics? Does that make a loose coil? Can you expand further please? Thanks.

Can cause loose winds/coil but also causes the bobbin to deform.
