Hi all, got this Marshall dsl 100 amp which has a peculiar problem in that it's bias on half the output tubes starts to rise little by little untill the two valves start to glow red.Tried to adjust and change the valves but still back to square one all components check good.  
Any help is much apprteciated.

Sounds an awful lot like you've got a leaky coupling cap between PI plate and output grid on the side that redplates. I'd replace that cap and see if it fixes it....
