Quick Dump listings here
I just used TinyURL to simplify the QuickDump addresses for songs and videos that I have uploaded there.

... Maybe everybody else can post their QuickDump addresses here in TinyURL format as well:

Although they suggest adding TinyURL to your Favorites Tool Bar, just open a browser window to the TinyURL site and drag your long address to the box to have it converted into a much shorter URL.

As for QuickDump, the rule is "use it or lose it": files not downloaded frequently enough will get deleted (I already "lost" Jerry McCain's "She's Tuff" because it wasn't downloaded enough... :( )

For some reason I keep getting an error message when I try to access the Tracy Nelson page (which includes "Mother Earth" with Michael Bloomfield and Barry Goldberg sitting in on guitar and keyboard). Try this link instead:

And here is a link to QuickDump:

Maybe this link will work...
Hmmm... that link didn't work right either so HERE is just the one song with Tracy Nelson & Mike Bloomfield:

Thanks. "Loan Me A Dime" is cool. It's great to hear Boz Scaggs doing one of his old tunes with a horn section.

Too bad I could only download a few files before they started disappearing. Usually I'd get a "Try again later - Server is busy" message.

You might try after midnight. I've heard that a lot of the Yahoo groups have been using QuickDump for files that Yahoo won't let them upload anymore so I think that they are literally swamped with customers they never expected. :(

Geez what an abortion...
I just checked the links in my first post and they are ALL SCREWED UP... what started out as 10 songs is now 3 to 5 songs so they are dropping like flies... :(

I hope everybody got them while they were still up there intact (I've still got all of the original files on my computer if I ever find a good safe place to post them... :( )

have you heard of this trick called google hard drive extension (or something like that)? Where you get a google mail address, upload a huge file, then give the mail name/password info to who you want to send the large file to, and when they log in they can download (to get around send/receive size limits). 'Course the big problem is if you give the mail info out indiscriminately, who knows what it will be used for. GW in 'Nam is getting stuck at 55% btw.
