| Chip | koch amps... Anyone own one of these? I checked one out briefly at a music store yesterday - sounded very good. I'd be curious to see a schematic..... |

Hi Chip They're made and designed about 10 miles away from here . Dolf Koch has been working on amps for years and he does stand behind his products . Afaik he doesn't give away schematics ( and that's understandable ) . Don't forget about the shipping-costs from the Netherlands to the USA regarding the price . I personally did like the 1st version of the TwinTone but they did make some changes to the circuit and did use a Jensen i.o. a Celestion speaker in the later versions . Let your ears decide ! | Chip | Thanks for the response..... $1325 for the TwinTone combo - doesn't seem that out of line to me. Quality looked very good. Did sound quite good, too. I'll be going back to check it our further. -Chip |

| john | I just purchased a Twintone combo (1x12). It wasn't cheap but I also own a Fuchs ODS head and a Two Rock Topaz. As much as I love these 2 amps, the Koch was less money, is quicker to dial in tones , sounds just as good and being a small combo, goes anywhere easily. For my $$ it was worth the price. John |
