|Erik E||I have no decade resistance box.....|
....to dial in the bias voltage on my Fender 65 Deluxe. Which (if any)pot can i use as a substitute? Measuring VDC at the wiper of the bias pot i get -60v. It needs to be up around -35v. Also ,am i right that the Resistor i would replace is the 10K that is soldered to the left terminal on the bias pot?

Yes, you are on the right path. Use a 25k or 50K pot in place of the 10k resistor to ground (wire the pot wiper and one ouside lug). Then you can dial in the correct range for the Bias pot.
When you get a find a good range above and below, just measure the test pots resistance and replace the test pot with that value (or something close) with a fixed resistor.
