Which type? Coupling? Electrolytic? Do your caps look like this one: http://store1.yimg.com/I/thetubestore_1856_15391638 The top line transliterates: "sdelano v SSSR" or "made in the USSR." I have no idea what the second line means. The third line reads 0.1μF + or - 10%. I'm thiking that mkΦ means μF or "microFarad" here. I have no idea what the other two lines mean. To help transliterate Cyrillic characters, see this page: http://www.klausmobile.narod.ru/td/gost_e.htm There is a chart that shows how the Russian tube numbering system works, but it gives a good explanation of how to transliterate Cyrillic to Latin characters.
