Marshall Valvestate II VS65 & VS100 voltages?
I know that this is primarily a tube amp forum, but does anybody know the mains transformer voltages or the expected power amp DC rail voltages used on these amps? The Marshall schematics don't show them. Any info appreciated.

TIA,

Terry

Not offhand, but if you check the data sheet for the output devices, you may gain some insight.

The transformer has a 35-0-35 winding, a 12V winding and a 270V winding. If you need the DC voltager, multiply them by 1.44. eg: VDC= VAC*1.44.

Hi Tiago,

Thanks for the info. Do these voltages apply to both the VS65 and the VS100?

Thanks,

Terry

Sorry, these voltages are for the VS65R.
By the way, I'm having a problem with my vs65r on low frequency notes at high volumes, it makes strange noises when that happen.
Can you help me with that?
Thanks.

voltages are the same on the VS100
in mine, the voltage regulators get really hot, and sometimes the amp cuts out.

I tried replacing the caps, but still have same problem

anyone with ideas please?
