Michael Polutta Inexpensive source for "convenience outlet"?
Anyone know of an inexpensive source for a 3-prong convenience outlet - like ALL the old Fenders have? (most of those being 2-prong though). VibroWorld has them, but for ~$26 EACH!!! Good grief, that's a quarter of the cost of a good chassis!!! (Good old supply and demand at work, eh?)

That style outlet is expensive everywhere. A silverface style is available from Newark. The catalog number is 39F1230. See http://www.newark.com/NewarkWebCommerce/newark/en_US/endecaSearch/partDetail.jsp;jsessionid=MURQWVM25DT3GCXDUY2SFGQK2OTCIIV1?SKU=39F1230&N=0 They are still over $20 though.

AUX-1 - $ 1.60. I can't quite tell if it's 3 prong. Looks like it.
