Amp: DIY JTM45  
caps: Sozo vs. Jensen Copper PIO  
Just my Aural Observations:  
The Jensens BLOW away the sozo caps as far as smoothness and texture goes. The amp sounds MUCH more woody with PIOs. The sozoīs are HARSH and Metallic.  
But hey, grain of salt

That's very interesting Pierre, most people rave about the Sozo's in Marshall style circuits.  
Which caps did you swap out ?

Did you allow the Sozos any time to break in? From what I've heard about them, they sound much better after allowing 20 hours of use or more.

and was the DIY JTM45 built the same way as the original? Kind of seems to be there are parasitic losses in the original 5F6-A/Marshall layout which take out some highs and help the amp sound the way it should.
