Marshall 2061X
Hi!

The new Marshall 2061X (2 ECC83, 2 EL84s, no tube rectifier) sounds great:

Seems like a good project for DIY!
Has anybody seen the schematics? I'd be very interested to have look at it ...

Regards

Carlos

Isn't that just the old "Lead and Bass 20"? That schematic should be online most anywhere.

YEs, it's the old Lead and Bass 20?
Bit I can't find the schematics ...

It's in the History of Marshall book by (I think) Tony Bacon, as well as the Tube Amp Book by Aspen Pittman, but the ones in the Marshall book are a bit easier to read; the originals are a bit faded thru time. If I can find it on the internet, I'll copy you a link.

The only source I know for the 2061 schematic is the book from Doyle.

Yeah, Doyle. That was the fella. I'll look in the book today to find the differences between the 2061 and the others, and post them up.
