Can i Mix ZOOM GFX707 output with a CD-player output to one headphone using resitors to mix them together, is this possible, If so what resistor value should I use. 1 Kohm or more ??????

The problem is, any value of resistor that limits the voltage/current enough to prevent one output from damaging the other, will also cause a considerable amount of signal loss. So much so that its doubtful that you'll have satisfactory results.  
 
You'ld be much better off buying a very inexpensive mixer, like the Behringer UB502, ($40-$50), and using that.  
 
If you'ld like to "roll your own", Jack Orman has a nice little mixer circuit on his webpage:

You'ld want to use just two inputs, and then double that circuitry for stereo. Also, you'ld want to buffer the output to add some "drive" capability.  
 
Actually, I'd love to see Jack publish a nice little class A, hi-fi headphone circuit.
