Yes, you're kidding - but it's true! Actually, once in a blue moon somebody posts something about noise in an amp or a FX-pedal. I posted something in the FX noise-forum board about this; I even - if I remember right - suggested that tboy should scrap the "noise" (and bundle together some other forums); nothing happens here, and maybe some space would be saved; after all almost every "diffuse issue" seems to show up in "general discussion" anyway. But tboy didn't listen... or maybe he didn't like the idea.  
Take care, and stick to the metalfilms and lo-noise transistors and tubes.

I think the Noise forum has a *deterrent* effect ;)  
 
If a thread gets too rude in the other forums tboy will yank it from general view and it ends up here.  
 
Whoever is involved in the thread looks kind of like an idiot so its a major faux pas :)
