Eyelet size for 1/8" G-10/FR4

Eyelet size for 1/8" G-10/FR4
hi all, what size eyelets do i need for 1/8" G-10/FR4? i'm ok with the diameter, but was wondering how tall they should be relative to the thickness of the board(G-10).  
 
 
 
looking for 'X'

go here, it doesnt list what board size they are for but it gives dimensions . should help you out.

The ones I use are .187" long. Mouser part #534-46. They stick out beyond the 1/8" board far enough to be able to roll them over/stake them.

(if it needed to stick out beyond the 1/8" board) - thanks for clearing that up.

Like to use the .157 if I'm just going to flair them. Use the .187 if they are going to be rolled. Find the .187 split a bit if being flaired.

For the same reason, I use Mouser part #534-45. I use a Roper-Whitney punch and the 46 always splits.

I use #45's too - they work perfectly with 1/8" thick board.
