Carlo	Eyelet size for 1/8" G-10/FR4 hi all, what size eyelets do i need for 1/8" G-10/FR4? i'm ok with the diameter, but was wondering how tall they should be relative to the thickness of the board(G-10). looking for 'X' thank you, carlo

Daver	The ones I use are .187" long. Mouser part #534-46. They stick out beyond the 1/8" board far enough to be able to roll them over/stake them. Daver

BWilliamson	Like to use the .157 if I'm just going to flair them. Use the .187 if they are going to be rolled. Find the .187 split a bit if being flaired.

For the same reason, I use Mouser part #534-45. I use a Roper-Whitney punch and the 46 always splits.
