Martin	Boss CS-3 Comp/Sustainer problem I have a Boss CS-3 Comp/Sustainer that has a problem with the "sustain" function. I am an RF Technologist and as such a "newbie" to the complex world of guitar effects. When dialing in the sustain the pedal gives out a grainy type "buzzy" ugly distortion.Also using the volume pot on the guitar to create vol swells[with sustain knob turned up] is now impossible as the note will just fade and distort.I simply cannot seem to find a schematic for this pedal on the net so i am reading all i can find on the function of the circuit [some time off work would be needed i suspect!!] .I have spent time testing and replacing all the usual suspects [solder joints,transistors,electrolytics and sustain pot] and still no results yet.So, before i start replacing everything in sight like a crazed Neanderthal Man would you have any advice [please be nice..he he] as to where the problem could be?
