JP Cathode Resistor Bypass Cap Question (Non-Polar)
OK - One last stupid question for the evening.

I subbed a 22uF 100v non-polar cap for the original 22uF 100v polar cap in the Mission 5E3 kit (don't ask) - looks to be the cathode resistor bypass cap from the power amp section.

Does it make any difference? Apparently I wasn't paying attention when I ordered it.

Have the board populated and soldered, about half the controls, most of the tube/transformer stuff wired up. Need to finish up some of that stuff and solder the board connections to the controls/tubes.

Thanks!

John

Found the answer elsewhere. For the archives - makes no difference.
