I know it is not easy. I can see the pitfalls that RG mentions from the vantage point of someone who has dealt with most of what he lists.

What moves me is the possibility of reaching and inspiring many people in big and small ways.

My past has shown me that I can earn a living or even succeed wildly in many areas of life. I can do many things very well. One of my biggest all time dilemnas is deciding where to focus my talents.

I choose music and music gear because it moves me the most. Feeling what happens when people are transcended via music is incredible. I think that is why most of us were drawn to this pursuit.

so, if there are challenges as RG points out, it is a worthy set of problems to work out. None of it is so big as to scare me off.
There is an ancient wisdom that says ' The bigger the challenge, the bigger the payoff or contribution to humanity."
I live as though this is a game worth playing. The challenges are just part of the process of getting our stuff out to the world.

Spiritual practices and personal growth work guide my actions - pointing me to the way to reach more and more people and have a positive impact on the World.

I strongly recommend the new book " One Minute Millionaire" by Robert Allen and Mark Victor Hansen.
Also any books, tapes etc by Jim Rohn are incredibly powerful tools for growth and making your mark in the World.
Grow on , y'all!

Beautifully said. Challenges are just that - challenges.
