I've got a SD 59'er in the neck of my LP and a Lindy in the Bridge..both pups sound nice and compliment each other tone and volume wise.  
 
However, in the middle position they are out of phase. How can I, or can I change or reverse the phase of one of the pickups so I can have my middle position back like normal?

If they are opposite polarity, just swap hot and grounds on one of them. Works fine unless an inner winding is "shorting" to the polepieces.
