I know a few people that play like Travis style. Its about like whats posted in the above reply.
May take some practice to get that thumb picking bass thing down.. Some times its seems when muted its just like a rythmn or beat to play along with.
Might be best to listen to some of his stuff, and hear whats going on. Most of these players make it look easy..and more work is with the picking hand.
