Does the same thing happen with the reverb unplugged, or connected, but removed from the chassis by (f'rinstance) a foot or so?     Since it's a head, I'm wondering if your OT is coupling to the tank somehow.     How confident are you in the shields to your tank?     Just a couple of half-ideas.
