Ok.. here's what I got so far.

The PI seems balanced right up until it goes into clipping. Once it starts to clip, the side closest to the + rail clips more often than the side closest to ground. Upon further analysis, I found that the voltage on the PI is about 40 volts higher than the diagram says it should be. The B+ voltage is almost right on, leading me to believe a preamp tube isn't drawing as much current as it should. I replace all the parts in the PI and it does the same thing.

Any ideas where I should go from here?
