master volume on 5e3 homebrew..?

joshcamp	master volume on 5e3 homebrew..? now that i have my 5e3 homebrew up and running i am thinking of modding it to include a master volume control. how is this done? is it not a good idea? does it hurt tone? i am a 'newbie' so bear with me! thanks!

Ed	Josh- I recently built a 5E3 with a Master Volume. I can email you the schematic & layout for the MV if you post your email address. Anyone else that would like a copy is also welcome. You will need a dual-ganged potentiometer to use this particular MV. You can order it from Mouser or Antique Electronics. -Ed

Simon	Ed, I would be grateful for the schematic. By the way there is a lot of talk about MVs degrading the tone. Is there any truth in this?
