finally fixed that humm

| scott c | finally fixed that humm after reading all the info on this board about hum and grounding, i went back in and found i had a ground loop. so i left the two power caps grounded to a transformer bolt, the other cap grounds and the vol ground i ran to a screw wich is holding the board to the chassis. im not using the brass plate. my kit came from stf. he doesnt use the brass plate since fender didnt. but now i can see how it would improve grounding. keep up the good work guys, thank you bruce. |

Hi Scott! Just found this board, but couldnt find the info You referred to regarding hum. Got what sounds like the same problem myself. Can You please help me with some more info? OBS! Im offshore at work, so I cant get my mail until May 24. Thanks! |
