Burman amps
Hello

I'm new to this list so forgive me if I'm not playing by the rules.
I've been offered a Burman (or is it Burmann?) combo which I quite fancy but know very little about. I know it's a high quality 50ish watt amp and that the company used to make seperate valve preamps, but that's about it. Can anyone point me in the direction of further info, websites etc. I'd especially like to know what the hell it looks like.

Thanks

Will.

Burman amps were made by Greg Burman (I think that's his name), anyway, he's from Newcastle (UK) and still lives around here as far as I know.

My ex-tech knows him, so if you ever need any help with it, email me and I'll see what I can do.

AFAIK they were all very high quality amps and the trannys especially are supposed to be huge chunks of iron :D
