i think that you could use one or two mn3005,as in the eh memory-man,i saw the schematic somewhere,and also the same chip is used in an ibanez analog delay,which has an interesting pre emphasis,de emphasis circuit,and a compander,for better signal to noise;i think the mn3005 is available at digikey,although it's not cheap,but hurry,because they are out of production!!
