Yeas, I have built it. We had a discussion here a couple (?) of years ago and RG and some other of the well-known people here tried to help me.  
 
 
 
I never got it to work the way I think a fuzz should sound like though. You can say this is the weakest fuzz in the world or a VERY bad sounding booster. What I remember from our discussion back then was that the hole circuit was relying on the leakage of the germanium transistors!! I tried every combination and even switch the polarity·well, DONâT BUILD IT
