You need six 4 ohm speakers. Three 4 ohm speakers in series = 12R now put 2 of those in parallel = 6R |

That will work, but do be aware that the 4-ohm speakers will each be dissipating twice the power of the 8-ohm units. Reid |

Oops, I meant that the other way around. (Power is I*I*R, and I is equal for both drivers in a series circuit, so doubling the R doubles the power.) Sorry. Reid |
