Dirk, that's exactly my point. It's been suggested that a better tranny would result in a better sounding reverb unit. Doesn't Angela (or somebody) sell a SE 6V6/EL84 to 8 ohm quality (hi-fi) unit? I think that's the point with the Kendrick unit, it was bigger and better made.
