Highest distortion unit available
Can anyone tell me what readily available schematic there is for *intensly* high gain and heavy distortion, and also can anybody tell me anything of the Hyper Fuzz pedal?

nic please try to post one time!
Big muff is probably the most high gain pedal we talk about in here. Although Zachary Vex comes in here quite a bit he wouldn't give a schematic of his fuzz factory away. I think most of us around here are only intersted in usable distortion. Look around for the boss metal pedal schematic. There is one floating around the web somewhere.Be warned, It is a complexe design as far as distortion effects go, you might be better off buying one, probably be cheaper.

As far as the Hyper Fuzz, I own one, I don't want to try to trace a schematic for it because it sounds terrible and far more complexe than I have the patience for. It isn't good for metal, only industrial maybe. It sounds a lot like finger nails on a chalk board.

nic,

you said "Next time just post one posting, or chances are you'll be ignored"

Have you not noticed all the double and triple postings?

I don't think the people posting these are posting multiple times (I know I didn't post multiply times but have had several posts shows at multiple times with different times).

No need to get bent out of shape.

As far as the hyper fuzz, I must agree, the only use I ever found for it was the boost function to drive the front end of a tube amp into overdrive. The fuzzes (both of them) sound like crap.

nic sorry
I haven't noticed all the double postings. I don't think I have double posted and I use IE5.0 at home and Netscape 4 at work. But anyway sorry for getting bent outta shape, I am just having withdrawls from the old forum. It's hard to weed through this temporary system.
