Oscillation in a 5E3 clone?

 Oscillation in a 5E3 clone?
Any advice on tropubleshooting a slight 'mosquito' like buzz that sometimes follows the signal in my 5E3 deluxe clone? I guess its an oscillation of some sort. I used all repro parts (chassis, eyelet board) and layout and lead-dress is per Fender's layout diagram.

What have you got for filter caps? Could also be physical vibration in a tube. Have you tried swapping tubes?
