Wiring sustainer pickups.. Anyone have or tried some of these? Would it be fairly easy to wire it up with some active pickups? EMG's... thanks.. |

I've always wanted to try a Sustainer, but last time I checked you had to buy a whole Fernandes guitar for the pickups. Are they sold separately now? Or are the Fernandes guitars any better these days? |

I have no idea -- never even had one.. but I've heard good things about them.. i sure would like to know how to wire it up -- or the mechanics behind it.. |

Sustainer buys their system from sustainiac. Seach for the sustainiac home page and they can offer just the system, without the guitar. It uses a lot of space and you would need to take too much wood from your guitar to fit it. |
